| 授業概要 | Students will be introduced to the classical tradition, a branch of cultural studies. This semester will focus on the Greek tradition in British literature. |

| 授業の方法 | ゼミ Regular homework will ensure proper preparation for each seminar class. Retention of all the material covered will be evaluated via weekly quizzes. Students will also be required to write an essay comparing one of the Hercule Poirot mysteries not covered in class with its corresponding mythical labor of Heracles. Finally, they should spend 1 hour to complete preparation and homework for each class. |
