授業概要 聞く・話すという、音声による英語のコミュニケーション能力を培う。Students will be able to ask questions and record answers and results, then make conclusions that they can discuss and present.
授業のねらい・到達目標 ・英語を聞いて、おおよその内容を理解できる。A-2-1、A-3-1、A-6-1

この科目は文理学部のDP及びCPの2, 3, 6 に対応している。
授業の形式 演習
授業の方法 演習方式でグループワークを通して適宜教員がフィードバックを加える。
Students are supposed to spend 1 hour to complete preparation and homework on each class.

事前に授業担当教員に許可された者については、代替措置として、Canvas LMS に配信する課題を提出する。そのほか詳しいことは状況に応じて別途指示する。
履修条件 ①英語習熟度別クラス分けテストを受け、その結果により振り分けられたクラスで履修すること。
②英語習熟度別クラス分けテスト未受験の者は、GRECで振り分けられたクラスで履修すること。振り分けられたクラス以外での履修はできません。
③「英語1」（前期）と「英語2」（後期）は同一教員による同一時限のクラスを履修すること。
④卒業に必要な外国語科目として「英語」を選択した場合、必ずこの科目を履修すること。

成績評価の方法及び基準 レポート:Vocabulary books(25%)、授業内テスト:Final Project(25%)、授業参画度:Participation (Group work)(25%)、speaking quizzes(25%)
Students who are frequently absent or late will be marked down and may not receive course credit.
Students’ participation will be measured by attitude.
対⾯授業に参加できない場合の条件を満たし遠隔で参加した場合、課題の提出によって評価する。
小テストや授業内試験を受けられない場合、Canvas LMSを介した課題提出によって評価する。期日については都度、Canvas LMSで告知する。
オフィスアワー Please see teacher before or after class.
備考 Students will have to do some homework. Also, they will be expected to bring a a B-5 notebook and a good dictionary. A plastic folder is recommended to contain handouts.

Please be present every class. Be on time for class. Be ready to actively participate with assigned materials and homework prepared. This class does not depend on your ability but on your positive attitude and effort. Let's enjoy growing your English skills!
