| 授業概要 | To be successful in this class, learners must actively participate in the class and do homework assignments. There will in-class discussions, group work, and pair-work. Learners will be required to read assigned material before coming to class. |

| 授業の方法 | The method of teaching will include Reading relevant for a given theme, selection, followed by discussion beginning with questions and answers. Teacher will explain specific points and cultural differences. Students will practice using the material, including vocabulary and grammar through writing exercises. Feedback will be provided in class or online when assignments are returned. 語学教育の特性上、教育効果を高めるために、遠隔対応は原則として行わない。 |
| 履修条件 | ①英語習熟度別クラス分けテストを受け、その結果により振り分けられたクラスで履修すること。 ②英語習熟度別クラス分けテスト未受験の者は、外国語教育センターで振り分けられたクラスで履修すること。振り分けられたクラス以外での履修はできません。 ③「英語1」（前期）と「英語2」（後期）は同一教員による同一時限のクラスを履修すること。 ④卒業に必要な外国語科目として「英語」を選択した場合、必ずこの科目を履修すること。 |
